Job Description

Required Skills & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree in the area of Business Administration, Risk Management, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years related employee benefits (or related) experience is required.
  • Prior experience in a high volume premium processing and billing operation experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship, problem solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and reconcile billing issues and basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to understand the intricacies of both List Bill and Self-Administered bill processing.

Job Description

One of our large life insurance clients is looking for a Billing Support Analyst to help with day to day work. The Billing Support Analyst is responsible for responding to various policyholder billing inquiries. This includes daily systems transactions to update policyholder coverage or demographic data, as well as, the research, resolution, and response to policyholder billing concerns such as statement clarification or simple to complex billing discrepancies.

Compensation :

  • $19 - 21hr (depending on years of experience)
  • Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
  • Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
