What You’ll Do:

• Be the Champion : Serve as the go-to for clients, being the point of contact for their case management while staying on top of multiple cases in various status.
• Keep It Buzzing : Stay in touch with clients, delivering updates via phone calls, emails, and text ensuring they’re involved in the process and thrilled with our service.
• Master the Details : Analyze client account status, proactively gather key documents, and maintain razor-sharp records.
• Handle the Heat : Tackle complex cases with multiple moving parts like a pro, turning challenges into wins.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Seasoned Pros: 2+ years in tax case management.
• Pipeline Wizards : Experience with high-volume caseload.
• Organized Superstars : Stellar time management and a knack for staying on top of everything with attention to detail.
• Lifelong Learners : Hungry to grow, eager for feedback, and ready to level up.
• Call Center Guru : Comfortable with high call volumes? That’s a big plus!
• Soft Skillz : Love to build relationships and can finesse with the best.

Job Details:

• Type : Full-time, onsite in Irvine, CA
• Pay : $26.00 per hour + commissions
• Hours : 40+ per week, over time as needed
