TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Birmingham is seeking a  Customer Service Representative  who is interested in thinking outside the box and helping to move people forward! If you enjoy helping others by listening to their wants and needs and putting a plan in place to make that happen for them, we want to talk to you! 

What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the moving process and ensuring their experience is seamless. You will:

• Consult with Customers:  Serve as a brand ambassador by responding to inquiries via phone and email, providing detailed information about our moving services.
• Sell Solutions:  Identify customer needs, recommend tailored services, and close sales to help them move forward with confidence.
• Build Relationships:  Establish trust with customers by active listening to determine the needs and wants of customers, answering questions, and offering expert advice that best align with the customer’s wishes.
• Achieve Goals: Maintain consistent conversion and revenue goals by utilizing the support tools made available to you during training.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required, college experience preferred.
• Sales Experience:  Previous inside sales or customer service experience is preferred. Experience in service industries is a plus.
• Communication Skills:  Must possess above average communication skills, both verbal and written, explaining services clearly and confidently.
• Customer Focus:  A genuine desire to help customers. 
• Team Player:  Thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment within a well-established company.
