Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location : Herndon, VA – hybrid

Money : 85k-95k

Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and other platforms.
  • Oversee SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Plan and manage content marketing strategies, including blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Lead social media strategy across platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.) to monitor and report on digital performance.
  • Develop and oversee email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Manage budgets for digital campaigns, ensuring ROI and cost-efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in campaign management.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing teams or external agencies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic web development principles.
