Construction Superintendent – Electrical Contractor

We’re hiring a Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for complex commercial and institutional projects throughout South Florida. 🔧 What You'll Do:

• Supervise daily field operations for commercial electrical projects (ground-up and renovations)
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, vendors, and the project management team
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements
• Review drawings, plans, and specifications to guide installation and progress
• Monitor labor, material, and equipment usage to maintain productivity and cost control
• Conduct inspections and prepare job site reports

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in electrical construction (field supervision or superintendent level)
• Proven experience leading crews on large commercial, institutional, or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of NEC, safety regulations, and construction sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical plans
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• OSHA 30 is preferred
