Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Food Safety Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month contract with the potential to convert to a full-time role. In this important position, you’ll play a key role in supporting our employee wellness and food safety efforts by managing hotline calls and guiding internal stakeholders through health-related case reviews.

You’ll be working onsite Monday through Thursday alongside a tight-knit, collaborative team that values clear communication and helping one another. Training is hands-on, and you’ll be provided with all the tools and training needed to succeed—including the systems and technologies used on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and manage hotline calls related to employee wellness and food safety concerns.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders when an employee fails a wellness check or reports being sick.
• Gather relevant information including timecard reviews, employee histories, and documentation.
• Work closely with managers to review findings and ensure compliance with internal protocols.
• Document and close out cases appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and support food safety standards throughout the process.
