Want to use your creative juices to make a difference for nonprofit causes? Scott Allen Creative is the place to do it. We're looking for someone who is passionate about design, has a get-it-done attitude, and wants to work with a close-knit team. 

This position would begin immediately, and ranges from 32-40 hours. $25-27/hour based on experience, and must be located in greater Grand Rapids, MI. We are in the office 3 days a week and work at home 2 days a week.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing collateral for client or internal projects as assigned by the Project Manager or President. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Newsletters
• Brochures
• Posters
• Social Media Graphics and Ads
• Website Wireframes
• Logo design
• Brand Identity Systems
• E-news
• Event Collateral

Additional responsibilities include:

• Secondary Research
• A self motivator who keeps themselves and their workload organized
• Working with Scott Allen Creative’s Senior Designer, Project Managers, and President in a professional manner
• Willing to step outside of his/her comfort zone when needed or asked
• Taking initiative when problems arise
• Responds well to critiques and client requests for changes

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field (Graphic Design) is preferred.
• An online portfolio of relevant work examples.
• 3+ years of professional experience. Agency experience preferred.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop are musts. XD, Lightroom, Dreamweaver, After Effects or Premiere are all great bonus skills)
