As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and personable Inside Sales Associate to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to provide virtual estimates via video calls and phone consultations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, guiding them through our fencing options, providing accurate quotes, and helping them choose the best solution for their needs. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual consultations via video call or phone to assess customer needs and provide accurate project estimates.
• Engage with potential customers, answering questions about our fencing products, services, and pricing.
• Follow up on leads promptly to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Utilize our CRM system (ServiceTitan) to manage customer information, track leads, and generate estimates.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth handoff from sales to project execution.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Stay informed about product offerings, pricing structures, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role (experience in the home improvement or construction industry is a plus).
• Construction knowledge or background.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable conducting virtual consultations and engaging with customers via video call and phone.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (experience with ServiceTitan is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
