My name is Ryan Dobbs, and I’m writing this personally because I’m looking for a Co-Founder to help me build a dominant real estate brokerage. I’ve built a high-performing team in Bakersfield, CA, and now I’m ready to scale this model across Southern California and beyond. I know I can’t do it alone.

I’ve been in real estate for 10 years. I started as a solo agent in my 20s, found early success, and quickly realized I didn’t want to just sell homes forever—I wanted to build a real business. Now at 35, with a wife and two kids, I’m all in on growing something massive—and I’m looking for the right person to build it with.

This won’t be easy. I’ve been building it for years, and it’s been the hardest thing I’ve ever taken on—but also the most rewarding. It’s pushed me beyond limits I didn’t know I had and helped me achieve things I once thought were impossible. It will be the same for you. This is a  Co-Founder track leadership seat in a fast-scaling real estate company.

I’m Ryan Dobbs — founder of one of the top-performing real estate teams in California — and I’m looking for  my Integrator . My right hand. The operator. The finisher. The one who helps turn big visions into  bigger results .

We’re already dominant in Kern County and expanding aggressively into Central and Southern California. We don’t need another top agent. We need a  leader of agents —someone who gets fulfillment from  multiplying others , not from closing more personal deals.

• Take Ryan Dobbs Realty’s proven lead generation machine and  build the most productive sales team in the state
• Drive agent performance and productivity through accountability, coaching, and clarity
• Turn recruiting, training, lead conversion, and agent success into a predictable machine
• Be the one who brings my KPIs, ideas, and goals to life — while I lead the vision and fuel the engine
• Lead us into new markets (LA, OC, Sand Diego, Vegas, Fresno) with your fingerprints on every move
• Build a business  you’ll earn ownership in

COMPENSATION:

• Base Salary + Performance Bonuses tied to company growth and profitability
• Plus:  Equity opportunity after 5 years of aligned execution, ownership mentality, and results

LOCATION:

• Based in Bakersfield, CA (relocation required)
• Travel to LA, Fresno, Las Vegas, OC, San Diego as we scale
• You’ll be  boots-on-the-ground with me — not remote, not hiding behind Zoom

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
