Oaklands Global are thrilled to partner with a prestigious Elite Boutique that is seeking to hire an experienced Analyst with previous Tech M&A experience at an Elite Boutique to join their growing team in San Francisco.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, reporting directly to the Partners. This is an excellent chance to contribute to a dynamic team while gaining exposure to market leading transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior bankers in sourcing potential acquisition targets and draft LOIs with target companies.
• Performing extensive valuation, due-diligence, and pricing analyses as well as financial modelling.
• Frequent meetings with prospective targets, clients, senior bankers, and other transaction advisors.
• Coordination of transaction processes, including capital raises and advisory transactions.
• Preparation of proposals, transaction marketing.
• Organize and participate in marketing and client meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years M&A experience at a leading Investment Bank/Elite Boutique.
• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics from a top tier schools.
• Previous experience leading and managing projects.
• Excellent organizational, execution and time management skills.
• Team player with competitive drive.
• Strong communication and presentation skills and able to work with tight deadlines.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Proven quantitative and technical skills Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• FINRA Series 63 and 79 registrations.
