Investment Systems Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Systems Business Analyst to play a key role in enhancing our investment technology stack. This position will focus on optimizing and expanding our use of DealCloud , our core investment CRM platform, while also paving the way for broader integration with additional investment systems in the future.

What You’ll Do

Optimize & Expand DealCloud – Work closely with investment teams to refine workflows, customize functionalities, and maximize the platform’s value.
Drive System Integrations – Identify and support the implementation of new investment platforms that enhance operational efficiency.
Business & Data Analysis – Gather and analyze business needs, translating them into technical solutions that drive investment performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with investment professionals, IT teams, and vendors to ensure seamless technology adoption and ongoing improvements.
Training & Support – Provide training and best practices to users, ensuring a high level of platform utilization and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as an Investment Systems Business Analyst or similar role in the investment industry.
Expertise in DealCloud , including customization, data management, and workflow optimization.
Strong understanding of investment processes, including deal sourcing, pipeline management, and investor relations.
Ability to assess business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
Experience with additional investment platforms or CRM systems is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a proactive mindset.
