Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Designer to join our team. This role involves the planning, design, and preparation of construction and planting plans, as well as the development of specifications, reports, studies, cost estimates, and permit applications for both municipal and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and plan landscape architecture projects from concept through completion.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, planting plans, and related documentation.
• Contribute to project reports, cost estimates, and permit application packages.
• Collaborate with other team members and consultants to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensure preferred, or actively working toward Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) licensure.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong work ethic with a passion for learning and professional development.
• Minimum of 1 year of office experience under the supervision of a licensed Landscape Architect.
