Currently they are looking for an Experienced Building Restoration Engineer or Forensic Architect to join their growing team of experts. Your Role:

As a key member of the team, you will leverage your expertise to take charge of building restoration projects and forensic analyses. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and Innovating : Develop and execute detailed, strategic restoration plans that prioritize longevity, safety, and quality.
• Problem-Solving Excellence : Conduct in-depth forensic assessments of structural issues to uncover the root causes and create effective repair solutions.
• Making Your Mark : Prepare, sign, and seal detailed drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with Florida’s regulations and standards.
• Project Leadership : Oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution, quality control, and successful delivery.
• Collaboration with Experts : Work hand-in-hand with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure every project is completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Expert Guidance : Provide top-tier recommendations for innovative and effective repair methodologies that set industry benchmarks.
• Stay Compliant : Ensure that every project meets local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining the integrity of the structures we restore.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience : Must have experience with structural design and/or forensic experience with the building envelope, including the roof, exterior walls, windows, and doors, etc.
• Licensing : Active Florida professional engineering or architecture license, with the ability to sign and seal drawings and details.
• In-Depth Knowledge : Strong command of Florida’s building codes and regulations, with the ability to stay ahead of industry standards.
• Attention to Detail : Exceptional problem-solving abilities with an eye for precision and quality.
• Communication & Leadership : Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Independence & Teamwork : Ability to work autonomously when necessary but also thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
