Job Description

Beacon Hill is seeking a highly organized and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a dynamic in-house Legal team. This role will play a critical part in supporting and managing litigation, investigations, and pre-litigation matters across our global operations. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the litigation process preferably within the healthcare or life sciences industry and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a broad range of litigation matters, including product liability, commercial disputes, employment claims, intellectual property disputes, and regulatory investigations.
• Coordinate closely with outside counsel on discovery, document collection, and litigation hold procedures.
• Organize and maintain litigation files, pleadings, and related correspondence in accordance with legal department protocols.
• Conduct internal investigations, including record reviews, employee interviews, and preparation of investigative summaries.
• Lead company responses to subpoenas, regulatory agency inquiries (e.g., FDA, DOJ), and internal document requests.
• Oversee document productions, ensuring adherence to legal and corporate compliance standards.
• Maintain litigation calendars, trackers, and deadline schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Product Development, HR, IT) to gather and coordinate information.
• Develop and implement litigation management protocols, templates, and best practices.
• Support litigation budgeting and track legal spend, including review of invoices and outside counsel billing.
• Candidates must be proficient in litigation support tools and eDiscovery platforms ( ex. Relativity, CounselLink, CaseMap, NetDocs)
