Job Title: Marketing Analytics Manager (Hybrid)

Role Overview

BEPC is actively seeking a data-driven Marketing Analytics Manager to support a client’s retail business development and growth strategies. This hybrid position is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong business intelligence engineering experience who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional marketing environment. You will spearhead customized analyses that shape customer experience, content strategy, and marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing and product teams to evaluate performance, uncover trends, and propose actionable strategies.
• Lead the design and execution of A/B tests and other experiments to validate new business initiatives.
• Conduct complex data analyses using SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Excel, and other BI tools to develop scheduled and ad hoc reports.
• Perform deep dives to diagnose issues, uncover root causes, and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and present compelling data stories and business cases to senior leadership.
• Maintain clear definitions of business metrics and proactively support data interpretation for decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in data science, business, economics, information technology, statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or e-commerce strategy.
• Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Proficiency with Excel and presentation tools for reporting insights.
• Strong experience in A/B testing and experimental design.
• Advanced knowledge of Python; familiarity with R, SAS, Java, or C# is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics.
• Previous experience supporting marketing or content teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Contract Details

• Type: W2 Contract
• Duration: 9 months (extension likely)
• Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid)
• Pay Rate: $52.64 – $88.94/hr
