Job Description for Marketing Internship

Intern Responsibilities

As part of our team, interns will play an essential role in supporting both marketing and medical initiatives for our supplement line. Responsibilities include:

• Engagement System Management : Assist in the creation, implementation, management, and optimization of engagement system messages, including push notifications, emails, and in-app pop-up messages to enhance user interaction of uploading testing data.
• Video Content Enhancement : Collaborate on enhancing video scripts by sourcing internal and external imagery and video content. This will support the production of high-quality videos for social media platforms and our app.
• Project Management Support : Help create and assign tasks within project management tools to ensure that marketing projects are organized and progress smoothly.
• Content Upload and Optimization : Upload blog and video content to the app while optimizing the display for targeted user segments to improve engagement and accessibility.
• Ad-hoc Marketing Tasks : Provide assistance with various marketing requests that arise on an as-needed basis, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Supporting blog writing efforts for our supplement line, with a focus on fertility, pregnancy, and overall wellness topics.
• Working closely with medical advisor to help build out a training program for new and existing supplements, hosted on the Thinkific platform.
• Assisting with communication and coordination in our micro-influencer gifting program, including drafting outreach emails and tracking engagement.
• Helping manage and optimize the engagement system for push notifications, emails, and pop-ups.
• Collaborating with Marketing Director, Medical Advisor, and marketing team in other region to support ongoing projects and needs for both the U.S. marketing and U.S. sourced product teams.
• Assisting with planning for social media posts, including product spotlights, educational content, and seasonal campaigns.
