PPC & SEM Specialist

We're looking for a PPC & SEM Specialist who lives and breathes paid search. You'll manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple industries, analyze data like a pro, and deliver reports clients actually understand. Bonus points if you know your way around paid social (Meta, LinkedIn) and SEO best practices.

What You'll Do:

• Build, optimize, and manage PPC campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads.
• Develop keyword strategies, audience targeting, and A/B testing plans.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Create clean, client-friendly reports that clearly communicate results.
• Implement tracking, pixels, and manage Google Analytics for clear attribution.
• Collaborate with the creative and account teams to align digital strategies.
  

What We're Looking For:

• 2–4+ years of experience in PPC/SEM, especially Google Paid Search.
• Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of bidding strategies, quality scores, and campaign structures.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus skills: Paid social advertising experience (Meta, LinkedIn), SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), WordPress familiarity.
