Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Charleston, SC

Pay: $25 – $27/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and provide leadership to a team of property managers across the county. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in providing quality housing management services.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and support Property Managers across the county
• Lead property operations including inspections, tenant relations, and unit management
• Manage applications, lease agreements, renewals, and compliance documentation
• Ensure deadlines and program requirements are met
• Act as the point of contact for escalated tenant issues
• Support and train team members on processes, regulations, and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of Property Management experience required
• Experience with Low-Income Housing or Section 8 preferred – willing to train the right person
• Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Highly organized and deadline driven
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
