Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Remote Customer Care Representative for a leading energy provider. In this role, you will engage with customers, resolve billing inquiries, and help them navigate the company's services and products. Your bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English will be essential in providing an exceptional customer experience and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the company's products and services, emphasizing their value to customers.
  • Interact with customers to issue orders, resolve billing inquiries, and negotiate payment options or deposits.
  • Assist customers seeking various company products and services.
  • Interface diplomatically with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize computer systems, software programs, and phone equipment effectively.
  • Apply technical and procedural knowledge to perform job responsibilities consistently.
  • Identify and recommend process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Handle customer escalations and employ customer-saving skills to resolve issues.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or resolve outstanding issues.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent math and English skills required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence, maintaining a calm and patient tone when addressing customer concerns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound judgments in decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective listening.
  • Basic PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong analytical and math skills for addressing billing inquiries.
  • Ability to effectively manage and utilize phone systems and computer software.
