Summer Marketing Intern

The Maverick Club is an exclusive, membership-only luxury business club dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our members. We’re seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Summer Marketing Intern to join our team and support the development and execution of marketing strategies that reflect the Club’s brand, culture, and elevated guest experience.

As a Marketing Intern at The Maverick Club, you won’t just be learning - you’ll be immersed in the world of luxury branding and high-end hospitality. From day one, you’ll work alongside our marketing department to bring our brand to life through engaging campaigns, exclusive events, and meaningful member experiences.

Expect each day to be different and full of opportunities to contribute. You might find yourself crafting captivating content for our social media platforms, preparing promotional materials for a member-only cocktail event, or assisting with photo shoots that showcase the ambiance and lifestyle of The Maverick Club. You’ll sit in on strategy sessions, help shape our messaging, and gain hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Hubspot, and event marketing software.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and Club events
• Support content creation for social media, email newsletters, print collateral, and in-Club displays
• Create social media content calendars
• Post regularly on all social media accounts
• Conduct research on industry trends, local events, and competitor marketing strategies
• Help maintain brand consistency across platforms and marketing materials
• Organize and archive digital assets, photos, and branded content
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for member engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Actively enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• A positive attitude, curiosity, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is a plus
• Must be located in or able to commute to the Scottsdale area
