Job Summary
Drive marketing strategies and oversee the marketing department to promote our services, attract new members, and enhance brand visibility. This role will leverage HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO, online advertising, social media, and marketing automation to achieve measurable results while providing leadership to the marketing team. The ideal candidate is analytical, innovative, and experienced in managing both technical and creative marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
· HubSpot Management : Design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and workflow automation.
· Social Media Strategy : Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X) to increase engagement, grow followers, and drive brand awareness; monitor and report on social media performance metrics.
· Analytics & Reporting : Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track website performance, campaign effectiveness, and user behavior; provide actionable insights and regular reports to leadership and the marketing team.
· Online Advertising : Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels to maximize ROI.
· SEO Optimization : Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
· Content Collaboration : Partner with the credit union departments to align digital campaigns with content strategies, promotional materials, and event marketing efforts.
· A/B Testing & Optimization : Perform A/B testing on campaigns, landing pages, emails, and social media content to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
· Market Research : Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media best practices, competitor strategies, and industry developments to recommend innovative approaches.
Qualifications
Experience
· Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO, online advertising, and social media management.
· Proven success in managing paid ad campaigns, social media strategies, and optimizing marketing funnels.
Technical Skills
· Proficiency in HubSpot (Marketing Hub, CRM, and automation tools).
· Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and Google Tag Manager.
· Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz).
· Expertise in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native analytics).
· Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar advertising platforms.
· Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Certifications
· HubSpot certifications (e.g., Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing), Google Analytics certification, and social media certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint) are highly desirable.
