HSS is seeking a Bilingual Commercial Janitorial Area/Regional Manager for our client located in the Miami, FL area.

The Commercial Regional Janitorial Manager position is for an experienced leader to manage janitorial teams in commercial office buildings and high-rise condominiums. Must have hands-on experience managing large teams and working knowledge of all types of equipment and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage janitorial teams, ensuring quality standards.
• Train, schedule, and recruit staff as needed.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address concerns.
• Conduct regular inspections and resolve any issues.
• Ensure employee compliance with company policies.
• Handle walk-throughs and estimates with prospective clients.
• Manage scheduling, minimize overtime, and oversee profitability.
• Be available for emergency situations, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing 50+ janitorial staff in commercial buildings.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Safe driving record and ability to work independently.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, floor care, and janitorial equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and locations effectively.
• Tech-savvy (email, spreadsheets, software applications).
