Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead by example, improve area KPIs and align employees with current goals and strategies.
  2. Set clear goals and expectations for Store managers by developing daily, weekly, and monthly strategies to ensure deadlines and targets are met. Providing personalized coaching for each team member to leverage their strengths and maximize results.
  3. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge. Enable Store Managers to drive store operations in line with company priorities, considering merchandising standards, new products or services and make sure they are utilizing all available tools.
  4. Responsible for overseeing business operations and procedures, including customer service, scheduling trends, and merchandising. As well as attracting, developing and fueling a talent pipeline in support for the area, while ensuring timely and accurate management of employees' payroll.
  5. Ensure that stores are trained and compliant with all general security guidelines, opening and closing procedures, and completion of the store's daily business following all safety and security guidelines according to company standard, adhering to policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  6. Understand and analyze competition, local environments and market trends and ensure business strategies are developed to maximize the opportunities.
  7. Work closely with corporate departments in the planning and executing events to drive brand awareness, physical inventory planification, and other company initiatives.
  8. Develop and execute strategies to drive business and comp LY sales. Analyze sales reports and KPIs to determine or identify trends/ opportunities and execute store strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5 years’ retail sales experience is required; 3 years of multi-retail management experience is needed.
  • Computer skills include operation of point of sales system, email, and workforce management systems.
  • Proven experience in Workforce management systems to analyze sales and employee performance.
