Inspection Services Technician – Structured Light Programmer
Howmet Aerospace is currently seeking to fill positions Inspection Services Technician – Structured Light Programmer at our LaPorte, IN location. For this role, you will program and utilize Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), Blue Light Scanners, and other equipment to dimensionally inspect castings, patterns, gauges, and fixtures in order to assess their conformance to established specifications.
What will you do in this role?
Utilize Analysis and 3D CAD software such as GOM, ATOS, UniGraphics, Geomagic, and Polyworks to interpret part geometry and complete Structured Light Measurement inspections and color maps.
