Who You Are:
You’re a licensed ATC, DPT, or certified strength coach who lives at the intersection of rehab and performance. You’re driven, curious, and passionate about delivering high-level care that goes beyond cookie-cutter protocols.

What You’ll Do:
– Assess and treat athletic injuries with a performance lens
– Bridge the gap between rehab and return-to-play
– Collaborate with a team of PTs, massage therapists, and strength coaches
– Deliver individualized, movement-based programming
– Educate and empower clients on recovery, strength, and longevity
– Contribute to a culture that’s innovative, supportive, and results-driven

Who You’ll Work With:

Who's Qualified:
Licensed Athletic Trainer (ATC), Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
– Strong understanding of biomechanics, rehab protocols, and performance training
– Comfortable working with athletes and active individuals across all levels
– Confident in both assessment and hands-on treatment
– Skilled at designing individualized strength and return-to-play programs
– Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-focused environment
– Passionate about blending rehab and performance into one seamless approach
– Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
